When will the 2013 points money be paid out?

I would like to know that too. When will the racers be receiving there year end points money from 2013? The 2014 racing season is here and we should have at least received the money for contributing to the racetrack over 12 weeks last year. It doesnt seem like there is going to be a banquet, I feel bad for the champions: they raced all year for you guys, supported you at the bracket finals and some even went to Memphis to represent this place.
