NC Street Outlaws will be returning to Mooresville Dragway April 19, 2014. This was originally on schedule to be run at the New Galot Motorsports Park (formerly Dun Benson) but due to weather issues holding up construction their track will not be ready for this event. We are Proud to bring NC STREET OUTLAWS back to Mooresville.
Our Points race #3 that was scheduled on April 19th has been rescheduled to August 23, 2014. This will also help to stay off of Farmington's Points race for those running both tracks. Please note the changes and mark your calendars.

Double points races should NOT be held during the hottest part of the summer. At 95*, it's hard enough to go thru a single points race let alone a double.

Do you have to get an "X" number to run points?

bbartlett, the X number would be needed if your planning on going to bracket finals, without your x number your points will not be counted toward finals if you where to make top 16. If you have no interest in attending bracket finals than no you may run without one. If you change your mind later into the the points series and decide to apply for your # any races you may have run can not be included in summit series points for finals. But It is our hope that all our points racers will have their summit X number and have a chance into bracket finals with team Mooresville.
I hope this helps explain, feel free to call jody if you still have questions. 704-431-0227

Actually your schedule has a lot of racing packed into this season and I realize it is not possible to stay off everything. I will enjoy whatever racing I get at Mooresville this year!
